Utilise is a café run by volunteers based in the vibrant, friendly and ever so quirky Fearon Hall community centre in Loughborough. The café rescue food that would otherwise go to waste, cook and serve it. Customers are invited to leave a donation based on what they can afford, and what they feel their meal was worth!
The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. Customers have the opportunity to chat to the Utilise volunteers and pic up some tips or recipe books on household food waste prevention too.
