Skilled volunteers at the Utilise Café take food that would otherwise go to waste and create delicious meals. Best of all, customers are invited to pay only what they feel their meal is worth.
To highlight the frightening amounts of perfectly edible pumpkins that are wasted each Halloween, the Utilise team are going to be creating a Gourd-eous pumpkin based menu, and giving away a selection of pumpkin recipes to their customers.
