The wonderful people of Transition Loughborough will be celebrating the humble potato on 28th January in their annual Potato Day with a stall in Loughborough Town Centre.
Come along and pick up some seed potatoes along with tips on how to grow your own at home, whatever kind of growing space you might have. You can also get advice on home composting, food waste and a range of other sustainability topics.
