The annual village Apple Day organised by the Donisthorpe Community Group. Join them in Orchard Wood to find out more about the community orchard. There will be lots going on including: Leicestershire Master Composters, Apple pressing, story telling, cricus skills, Leics Heritage Apple Society, Bee workshops, Donisthorpe Allotment Society, Refreshments, Cakes, Bbq, Beer and cider competitions, Craft brewing demonstration, Black to Green stand, Lecis and Rutland Wildlife Trust.
